Thrive Access is a community navigation initiative led by Thrive Navigation Foundation that helps individuals better understand and connect to existing services across Edmonton.
Many people know that supports exist but still struggle to navigate the system.
Common questions include:
• Where do I start?
• Am I eligible?
• What documents do I need?
• How do I move from one service
to another?
As a result, people often fall through the cracks — not because services don’t exist, but because systems are complex and information is fragmented.
Thrive Access works to close this gap by providing clear pathways, trusted information, and navigation support that helps individuals connect to housing, health care, shelters, food programs, and community services with confidence.
Thrive Navigation Foundation is planning a community symposium focused on improving access to services and strengthening coordination across housing, health, shelter, and social supports in Edmonton.
This gathering will bring together service providers, community organizations, and partners to share information, identify gaps, and explore ways to make it easier for individuals to navigate existing supports.
More details, including date and location, will be shared soon.
